Reaching us
There is one door, and it is the Discord. Open a ticket. Not the general channels,
not a direct message to whoever was online, and not the person themselves in the
middle of the street.
What to put in it
- The date and roughly the time, with your timezone if it is not Australian.
- Your character's name, and the names of anybody else involved.
- What happened, in the order it happened. Two paragraphs is plenty.
- A clip or a screenshot if you have one. It is the difference between a decision and a coin toss.
What happens next
A person reads it. You will be told the outcome, though not necessarily what was
done to somebody else, because that is their business. If the decision went against
you and you think it was wrong, say so in another ticket: appeals are read by
somebody other than whoever made the call wherever that is possible.
What not to open a ticket for
Losing a fight, losing money, losing a horse, or being arrested. All of those are
the server working as designed. A rule being broken is different, and
the rules are short enough to check first.
